And nothing is more powerful than beauty in a wicked world

These life lessons are so true and I have been learning many of them lately through the different experiences I have been facing. Even though my mom and I have many differences, I don't want to have to know in the near future what it would be like to not have her here. That sometimes you have to let time process things and allow some of those things to be filed away and not taken so seriously. Hugs truly are one of the most amazing gifts.
Do I handle every situation perfectly? No. Do I always stay calm when I should? No. But life is short and to continually be learning is what it is all about. Here's to the rest of the life lessons I have left to learn.
