Earlier today I caught myself twisting my hair around my finger. I have noticed recently that I do this when I have stuff on my mind. I commented on it to a friend of mine and we started discussing nervous habits. Later on in the day I was sitting in the faculty room talking with my old orchestra teacher when he pointed out that I was twisting my hair. He mentioned that he remembered me doing that a lot when I was back in high school. It is interesting to me the habits we have. Sometimes we notice them and other times we don't.
