This picture was taken last night during a session of engagement pictures that I took.

So for all of you that think I am a great photographer, this is a picture that I took for someone's engagements! I highly doubt that they will use this particular one to send out to all of their family and friends! ;o)

Actually I had a lot of fun last night taking these pictures. I really love being a photographer. It is the form of art that is all about the way you look at things. You are trying to allow other people the opportunity to see things in the world the way that you see them. And when taking pictures of people I love trying to capture a little of that person in the picture.

I love it when someone likes their pictures so much that they put them in their home, their office, etc. Nothing is a greater compliment to me than to go to someone's house and see one of my photographs on display.

One of the things that made last night so neat, was that my friend thanked me for sharing my talent. I had never thought about it like that before. I enjoy taking pictures so much that I just always enjoyed the pleasure I got from doing it. I never thought about how it was sharing. What a nice thought. Here's to making the world a better place one photo at a time.
